Had Our Best Interests at Heart

Karen helped us with a living trust. She explained everything thoroughly, took her time with the paperwork, gave us 30 days to fix any mistakes we found in the trust, and truly wanted our experience to be “drama free”. She gave us options when we were undecided, and her expert opinion helped guide us to the final product. Karen asked questions regarding our family so she could better serve our needs. I appreciated her candor when she felt we were torn in some of our decisions. Overall, I felt Karen had our best interests at heart; and even supplied us with a check list at the end to make sure we did not forget what we were suppose to do once she turned our living trust over to us.
